POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role provides administrative support and help to ensure smooth day to day operations of the office.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assisting the manager / team with administrative work.
  • Receiving, sending, and distributing mail on a daily basis.
  • Arrange for courier.
  • Greet tenants and visitors.
  • Create memos and other internal communication.
  • Maintain the kitchen area and purchase perishable supplies.
  • General filing and maintenance of files.
  • Purchase office supplies as required.
  • Tracking Tenant/Vendor insurance certificates.
  • Preparing storage area/temporary leasing contracts.
  • Other duties / projects as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
