We're growing, and I'm hiring a full-time scheduler/quality assurance manager.

We're a premier plumbing company with an incredible reputation, and we're looking for individuals who take customer service seriously, have a positive personality, and have great attention to detail

What to expect:


  • Work from the office
  • Hours are 10:306
  • Monday to Friday (occasional help with the occasional weekend if someone is sick would be helpful)
  • Usually ranges from 2040 inbound calls a day to help clients
  • Some complaint resolution
  • Use of intuitive scheduling software
  • Help with some tracking and metrics
  • Friendly, kind, and supportive team
