Description

Reporting to the General Manager and President, the Finance Administrator is responsible for accounts receivable, payable and cashflow planning, daily banking, completing the monthly and annual period end process and general administrative duties.

Regular reporting duties include banking, sales, cashflow, preparing financial statements and other duties as assigned.


Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

  • Diploma in Bookkeeping and Business Administration and or relevant experience.
  • Experience with Deluxe Payroll Software would be an asset.
  • Experience with ERP systems would be an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail to deliver high quality and accurate work.
  • Able to learn/adapt to new software programs.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal skills and problemsolving abilities.
  • Collaborative team player, flexible and able to promote change.
  • Well organized, a selfstarter, able to work independently.
