    Description

    THE ROLE

    In this role you will be exposed to wide range of sales and marketing activities and cross functional teams.

    You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Owner and Leader of National Display strategy end to end
  • Development of display strategy with Marketing partners
  • Owner of display alignment and approvals from all levels
  • Ownership of all changes to the plan and rolling up for National/Account reporting
  • Regular promo review with NAMS on all accounts
  • Owner of National Sales Release meetings

    • QUALIFICATIONS

    Skills:

  • Detailed oriented and manages complexity
  • Ability to gather and analyze data and develop fact-based recommendations that are a result of the analysis
  • Strong time management & prioritization skills
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Ability to think outside of the box and be confident to bring new ideas to table
  • Keen eye and creative ability
  • Knowledge of changing beauty landscape and industry trends

    • Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Economics, Sales)
  • 1-2 years of professional working experience
  • Must be able to demonstrate outstanding sales skills and potential
  • Passion for beauty industry
  • Solid financial and business acumen required
  • Proficiency with PC applications MS Excel & PowerPoint
