Job Purpose
The Spray Painter is responsible for painting steel according to the work order.

Roles and Responsibilities

Displays a commitment to Waiward's incidentfree vision, values, and culture;
Use overhead crane to lift finished items into the paint area;
Paint steel according to the paint sketch and drawings;
Complete a visual inspection of finished work and report to the supervisor when the work order is completed;
Read, understand and follow all safe work practices and procedures for machinery and equipment;
Have and use the proper tools to meet the specific job requirements;
Keep work area clean;
Attend daily toolbox meetings;
Follow work schedules;
Reads, understands and complies with Waiward's safety policy, safe work practices, procedures and rules;
Ensures that they wear the appropriate personal protective equipment at all times;
Report personal injuries, no matter how minor, and obtain medical attention as required;
May perform other related duties as assigned.
