We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Rep to support our export customers, while providing support to internal channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate Purchase Orders from Customers
  • Verifying pricing, stock availability
  • Process Purchase Order by generating a Performa Invoice to send back to customer for approval.
  • Prepare export documentation and invoicing
  • Work to solve discrepancies with Strategic Account Manager and finance
  • Tender to 3 Freight Forwarders unless provided by customer
  • Once Freight Forwarder is assigned work with Freight Forwarder on shipping timelines
  • Final communications with Freight Forwarder and Customer with final documentation

Who You Are:

  • High School Diploma or higher
  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience
  • Proficient in Excel and Data Processing
  • JDE experience an asset
  • Work independently and part of a larger team
  • Multitasking
  • Goal oriented
  • Aptitude to learning
  • Attention to detail
