Description

We are currently hiring a "Shift Manager" and there are multiple positions [5] available for this location.

A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience is required with a Fast-Food Restaurant.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise and manage the shift of 8-10 food service counter attendants and kitchen helpers.
Establish work schedules,
Estimates and orders ingredients
Ensure food service and quality
Maintain a record of stock, repairs, sales, and wastages
Prepare and submit reports
Train staff in job duties sanitations and job duties and hire local staff
Fast-paced environment
Working under pressure and tight deadlines
Combination of walking, standing, and sitting
Enter sales activities and other data in files, registers, and computers.
Handle customer complaints.
Address and resolve employee concerns.

We offer attractive wages of $17.00 to $19.00 / per hour for a minimum of 40 hours a week.
