    If you are firmly committed to safety, self-motivated, and thrive in a high-pressure environment where balancing priorities is key, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are currently seeking a skilled General Foreperson to lead our team in day-to-day operational activities.

    This permanent position is based in Fort McMurray, AB. The role is scheduled to commence immediately, operates on a 7-on/7-off schedule, and offers competitive rates and attractive camp accommodations. As the ideal candidate, you will have a Journeyperson Pipefitter background with at least 5 years of fabrication, construction, and supervision experience.

    What would you be doing?

  • Organize and administrate staff duties and training for day-to-day operational activities.
  • Manage workforce performance and disciplinary issues while finding creative ways to resolve problems.
  • Assist with takeoffs and estimates.
  • Coordinate multiple projects and timelines for various clients.
  • Assist with maintaining shop supply and inventory while providing reports on daily progress.
  • Does this sound like you?

  • Journeyperson Steamfitter-Pipefitter certificate is required.
  • Valid CSTS and H2S Alive safety tickets are mandatory.
  • Fabrication and construction experience in industrial settings is an asset.
  • Advanced computer skills and MS Office experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean 5-year driver's abstract (under 5 demerits) are required.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job, including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shoveling, bending, twisting, etc.
