- Contractor **work with our amazing team as we provide superior service to homeowners. This position is accountable for assessing, sizing, pricing and presenting residential HVAC solutions in order to obtain new business in the residential HVAC market through inbound and selfgenerated leads.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:_
Overall, an EMC's day can be challenging, but also rewarding as they help customers keep their homes and businesses comfortable and safe.
Your role will use your industry knowledge and consultative selling skills to offer best advise to our customers.- Represent Enercare in a professional, courteous and customer serviceoriented manner on every call; you are a proud ambassador for our company.
- Effective and efficient delivery of customerbased utilization services for equipment selection, sizing, quoting "selling" to the customer, and ensuring that the same is installed in a professional manner providing excellent customer service.
- Collaboration & working effectively with all other channels.
- Conduct canvassing and selling to new and existing customers.
- Accountable for the delivery of high levels of customer service based on a thorough understanding of the operating model, you will also be responsible for the effective management and resolution of customer concerns, and issues.
- This is a homebased business opportunity, where you will selfgenerate business and grow the market.
- Working long and irregular hours, evening and weekends are a must.
WHAT YOU MUST TO BRING TO BE A STAR:_
- Undergraduate degree in Business, or equivalent working experience.
- 35 years of experience in a sales role.
- Strong sales and closing experience and knowledge of HVAC systems, problemsolving skills and the ability to communicate technical information in clear, concise and understandable manner will be considered a strong asset.
- Industry knowledge in a sales capacity would be an asset.
- Preferred HRAI Certification for HVAC programs and designs.
- Proven results on delivery of performance objectives and sales targets (meeting or exceeding goals).
- Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills enable the building of long term customer relationships.
- In home sales experienced is preferred.
- Proven results on delivery of performance objectives and quality targets
Overall Key Responsibilities:
- You will also be responsible for the effective management and resolution of customer concerns, and issues.
- You will take ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end while working in conjunction with your internal partners.
- The need to succeed in a competitive environment.
