About the Opportunity:


The Supply Chain Coordinator performs and supports a variety of operational and strategic functions necessary for the safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement of the Supply Chain Operations service.


The Supply Chain Coordinator reports to the Manager, Contract Management maintains data required to operate supply chain systems ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

The Supply Chain Coordinators are responsible to provide excellent customer service to provincial stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leaders by responding to inquiries, provide navigation, build competency through knowledge sharing and supporting the communication and awareness of supply chain processes, and policies.

They are responsible to regularly resolve highly variable issues from routine to complex where critical thinking and judgment is imperative in creating positive outcomes that directly impact clinical operations.


The Supply Chain Coordinators maintain a high degree of technical understanding of the workings of not only our systems but promotes the use of technology to provide solutions and improve efficiency throughout the contract management lifecycle.

Supply Chain Coordinators are responsible to produce data documentation, training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support the learning of others related to the contract management lifecycle by providing education in various formats, including e-learning, presentations, remote assistance through internet facilitated tools and in person classroom style learning.


About You:

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or Science required
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in Supply Chain, or Contract Management required.
  • Experience working in healthcare environment preferred.
  • Proven technological proficiency.
  • Experience with SAP, MS Office and other cloudbased technologies an asset.
  • Experience consistently displaying professionalism in all interactions with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, quickly, and accurately.
  • Proven ability to build, enhance, foster, and maintain effective relationships.
  • Superior communication skills written, oral, presentation.
  • Creative problemsolving ability and proven history of utilizing good judgment in decision making.
  • Proven history of adhering to the concepts of accountability when working independently, identifying priorities, and managing workflow effectively.
  • Knowledge translation skills: communicate data in various ways to meet the needs of a diverse audience.
  • Flexible and adaptable working style, with an enthusiasm for change and ongoing desire to learn.
  • Proven history working under tight deadlines, balancing multiple and competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize systems and data to identify, report on and make recommendations on trends.
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Hours:


  • Permanent Full-Time (100%) position, 75 Hours Bi-Weekly (x2)

Compensation and Incentives:

$ $39.23 Hourly
