Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Senior Bilingual SAP Solution Architect for our client.

The Senior Bilingual SAP Solution Architect will work onsite reporting directly to the Client Vice President, Information Technology, and collaborate with the Senior Bilingual SAP Enterprise Architect.

The Client is in the industrial and retail electrical products and supplies distribution business, with a national Canadian and Global platform.

The Senior Bilingual SAP Solution Architect must provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies, and bridges the gap between business requirements and the implementation of technology solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our client and leading a team of consultants in supporting the delivery of major SAP implementation.

This involves leading the team through the full lifecycle of SAP implementations, which includes gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring SAP, testing, deployment, and transitioning the solution into sustainment.

The Senior Bilingual SAP Solution Architect will help facilitate the implementation and support of the SAP suite of solutions (ECC 6.0/S4 HANA, BI, BW, MM, SD, IM/WM, PP. PS, SAP, CO, CRM, HR, FICO, QM, SRM) to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. The consultant will demonstrate, implement, test, and deploy SAP solutions that meet and exceed client business requirements.

This is a key leadership role, requiring deep knowledge and understanding of SAP's ECC 6.0/S4 HANA & BI, BW, MM, SD, IM/WM, PP.

PS, SAP, CO, CRM, HR, FICO, QM, SRM suite of solutions.
Provide high quality work across multiple client projects as a Senior SAP Solution architect.

• Responsible for overseeing functional teams to drive solution design and implementation of SAP procurement and supply chain technology solutions like SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP IM/WM, SAP PP. SAP PS, SAP, CO, SAP CRM, SAP HR, SAP FICO, SAP QM, SAP SRM.
• Proven leader with indepth knowledge of Procurement & Supply Chainrelated business functions and SAP functionality to drive development of client offerings and endtoend transformation projects.
• Responsible for building solid and collaborative relationships with team members, and foster a productive team environment.
• Responsible for solution strategy and project delivery as a SAP Solution.
• Lead client and SAP partner teams to plan, manage and deliver high quality deployments.

Previous experience in leading a functional team of consultants through all phases of an implementation project.

• Proven experience in ability to integrate complex and divergent requirements into a simple, intuitive, and successful SAP solution design.
• Proven experience in developing solution architecture leveraging SAP technologies to enable clients business processes.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP application solutions with at least two end to end SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects on premise and Cloud edition.
• Post secondary education considered an asset.
• The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with Englishspeaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their engagement.
• Leverage extensive knowledge of industry and solution best practices and methodologies to make functional solution recommendations on complex SAP environments.
• Act as the clientfacing single point of contact for the SAP ECC 6.0, S/4 HANA & BI, BW, MM, SD, IM/WM, PP. PS, SAP, CO, CRM, HR, FICO, QM, SRM solution design, delivery and issue resolution.
• Facilitate collaborative discussions and workshops with the business user, IT and executive communities to ensure alignment and desired business outcomes are achieved. Investigate and evaluate SAP solution landscape, organize and assess necessary task required to successfully address solution gaps and resolve painpoints.
• Lead endtoend solution blueprint discussions accounting for integration points between the SAP modules as well as nonSAP legacy applications.
• Able to design, communicate and deliver innovative endtoend solution recommendations leveraging new features of SAP products and technologies.
• Leverage, improve and challenge SAP solution proposals to make it follow the industrial best practice and ensure it meets client's functional requirements.
• Lead a team of functional and technical consultants, work closely with the Client engagement and project leadership to develop the overall solution roadmap.
• Able to formulate and articulate business value of various solution and deployment options.
• Assist the delivery team in project definition and planning for solution implementation, upgrade, extension or migration type of projects in traditional or agile environments.
• Take ownership (evaluate impact, design, validate and plan) for any proposed changes to approved solution architecture and deployment strategy. Address client questions and lead the resolution of challenges during design, implementation and maintenance phase of the project.
• WORK EXPERIENCE:
• 5+ years of S/4 experience in Brownfield and Greenfield implementations in an S4 environment.
• 15+ years SAP consulting experience, complemented with 5+ years of experience in ECC 6.0 endtoend project implementations.
• Overall expertise in SAP's ECC/ S4 HANA & BI solution suite.
• Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO and SAP business processes
• Strong leadership skills to be able to lead customer engagements at an executive level.
• Previous functional architect and team lead experience on major projects.
• Strong technical skills
• S/4 knowledge and work experience for solution design
• French language is required.
• PMI certification along with SAP Activate is a plus.
