OVERVIEW:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

8+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing concurrent technical projects in an IT environment.
Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification. (Organizational Change management practitioner, Agile or Scrum Master certification would be an asset).
Experience managing at least two (2) large projects (budget over $500,000).
Experience working with all levels within an organization and understanding business priorities.
Experience successfully managing team resources, systems development, estimating effort and costs, and planning and scheduling project activities.
Experience in developing and managing project documents, ie. status reports, budgets, project plans, proposals, and closeout documents including transition to productions.
Excellent written and verbal communication (English) is required.
Must be authorized to work in Canada and be able to work onsite in Regina, SK for the duration of the project.
