Style Advisor (SA)/ Visual Merchandiser (VM) Who are you?

This is a hybrid role that will be schedule across two role types

Visual Merchandiser Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the brand is represented through the overall appearance of the store and that the visual presentation meets the company standards.
  • Continue to train team members on new launches, product knowledge, styling and visual maintenance of the store.
  • New arrivals placement on a weekly basis. Update windows, mannequins and apparel/non apparel merchandising with newness and utilize guidelines based on floor set and LC/OC count
  • Adhering and executing VM floor set guidelines: windows, mannequin styling, apparel and nonapparel
  • Maintain placement of signage throughout the store permanent and/or seasonal signage in the store
  • Responsible for the care, organization and maintenance of display materials instore VM toolbox, Signage Bin, Signage Holders, VM Props
  • Walk the stockroom daily to catch products missing from the sales floor, new arrivals, and sell through rates.
  • Work with the team to ensure Infills and replenishment are completed
  • Partner with management team to implement stockroom standards and procedures and communicate any stockroom concerns with a solutionbased plan to Management Team.

Style Advisor Responsibilities

  • VIBRANT COLORFUL PERSONALITY
  • Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
  • Proficient with POS system. TLS policies & procedures
  • Assess customer needs and aid and information on products
  • Restock products as they sell
  • Team up with coworkers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build trusting relations with customers
