Description
We are a Welding and Fabricating company looking to hire an office administrator for general office related tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Assist with HRrelated tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with payroll processing is a plus

$20.00-$30.00 per hour


Expected hours:
