    Für unsere Zentrale in Köln suchen wir ab sofort einen (Senior) Manager Accounting Project & Process (m/w/d).

    Stellenbeschreibung

    • Du wirkst bei der Implementierung von SAP S/4HANA in der Bilanzbuchhaltung mit, dabei arbeitest du eng zusammen mit Schnittstellen innerhalb des Unternehmens, wie den Fachbereichen im Shared Service Center Finance sowie der IT
    • Du bringst Deine fachliche Expertise in Projekte zu bereichsübergreifenden, kaufmännischen Themen, zur Umsetzung neuer bilanzieller Anforderungen ein und führst diese Projekte ggf. eigenverantwortlich
    • Du begleitest die Integration von Gesellschaften ins Shared Service Center Finance
    • Du bist verantwortlich für die Aufnahme, Vereinheitlichung und Dokumentation von Prozessen sowie dazugehöriger fachlicher Anforderungen
    • Die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung finanzinterner Prozesse zählen zu Deinen Aufgaben
    • Die Sicherstellung der Erfüllung handelsrechtlicher Anforderungen gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben
    • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder verwandte Studienrichtungen
    • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen, IT und/oder Prozessmanagement mit, idealerweise in einem Konzern
    • Du bist abschlusssicher nach HGB und weist idealerweise IFRS-Kenntnisse vor
    • Idealerweise hast Du erste Erfahrung mit Projektleitung oder Teilprojektleitung oder Führung eines (kleinen) Teams
    • Du verfügst über sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office Anwendungen, SAP R/3, SAP S/4HANA)
    • Idealerweise warst Du bereits bei der Implementierung von SAP S/4HANA beteiligt
    • Du bist proaktiver Teamplayer mit einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit
