We are looking for skilled cooks Belleville's is a high volume, fast paced kitchen, where we make everything in house.

We are looking for someone with evening availability, including closing shifts which end at 12am. Duties will include preparing mise-en-place, cooking meals, checking ingredients for freshness, and arranging and garnishing the dishes. You will also be in charge of ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.

Responsibilities:

*Communicate effectively with all departments

*Ensure proper station mise-en-place at the start and end of shift

*Ensure all menu items are prepared to quality standards and sent within a timely matter

*Assist with all aspects of food preparation

*Monitor the quality of food received in the kitchen and ensure proper standards of food rotation and storage are met
