Summary:


Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Processing orders, buying product for orders, modifying stock to meet customer requirements
  • Working with other inside/outside sales team members to ensure open lines of communication
  • Compile data to complete project bids
  • Periodically meet with customers to build relationships
  • Generate reports as needed and take part in departmental meetings
  • Source and purchase nonstock items to meet customer requirements
  • Active participation in FET's Health, Safety and Environment program
  • Adhere and follow all company policies and processes.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of customer service techniques in an industrial setting
  • Familiar with order entry software and processes
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Excel knowledge an asset
  • Able to change task or direction while maintaining organization
  • Good organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy a necessity
  • Analytical thinker and problemsolving capabilities
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.

Experience

  • 4+ years of Inside Sales experience in a related industry
  • Valve knowledge and/or experience considered an asset.

Pay:
$54,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
