Nomina offers a truly unique approach to the treatment of mental health disorders. Our company is looking for a motivated, proactive and innovative individual to join our energetic team. Nomina Wellness is seeking a book-keeper+ to provide the daily accounting, finance and accounts management of the Nomina programs.


Job Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Manage all accounting transactions, budgets, and loan activities.
  • Assist CFO and executive on plans for business growth and new opportunities by designing, articulating, and implementing strategies.
  • In coordination with controller, assist in managing annual budgets.
  • Assist controller with Accounts Payable
  • Manage intercompany transactions
  • Work with Nomina team to manage Accounts Receivable
  • Assist controller with reconciling expense accounts
  • Assist controller with managing pay systems/program/payroll
  • Make accounting entries for revenue, expenses, payments, etc.
  • Track revenue, expenditures, and assist with creating monthly reporting
  • Assist with monthend and yearend close processes
  • Create financial statements in a timely manner.
  • Help manage other accounts.
  • Keep management informed of financial state and any potential upcoming pressures
  • Report any errors in a timely manner.
  • Follow Nomina policies & procedures pertaining to your specific job
  • Other financial/accounting tasks as assigned by CFO or controller.

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of job experience in a similar field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience working with accounts team (beneficial)

Essential Skills
