    Lead and inspire landscaping crew
    Work alongside leaders using tools like 5 Ton dump trucks, trailers, quick-cut saws, blowers and general power tools
    Engage with customers to address landscaping issues
    Ensure quality work on time and within budget by completing tasks effectively
    Preferred knowledge in hardscape projects, interlock and stone installation, equipment operation, and grading
    Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, independent decision-making, and reporting job site activities, including material, hours, and incidents
    Passion for outdoor work is essential, including in adverse weather conditions
