Noted for your ability to effectively communicate legal advice (including written) to a diverse range of stakeholders;

Called 3 or more years ago to the Bar.
Member in good standing with a Law Society of any Canadian Provinces or US state bar.

Great-to-haves

Experience negotiating technologyfocused contracts (including Software as a Service offerings or other large software solutions offerings).
A background in retirement/savings plans, however pension law knowledge and expertise is not a requirement for this position.
Knowledge of US privacy laws is considered an asset.
