    We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to become part of a great team working out of the office in Ottawa East - this role is in the moving industry, so any prior experience with this kind of dispatch would be a huge asset

    Advantages
    - pay range (based on experience) starting at 45k - 55k

    • Monday-Friday day shifts (8 hrs between 7am4pm)

    Responsibilities
    - dispatch people, vehicles to locations throughout the region
    - answer calls and assist customers over the phone
    - utilize dispatch software to schedule drivers and create routes
    - maintain schedule records for payroll of drivers
    - act as point of contact for delivery crews

    Qualifications

    • 35 years of relevant experience
    - must possess a valid driver's license
    - bilingual in English and French (preferred)
    - ability to multi-task and handle high stress environments
    - a good working knowledge of Ottawa and Gatineau
