We are hiring a Client Experience Onboarding Specialist at MarkiTech.


As a Client Experience - Onboarding Specialist at MarkiTech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process for our customers.

You will be responsible for integrating virtual care technologies and clinical decision support systems for patients into our platform, while also addressing gaps in care and enhancing patient experience.

Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare professionals, analyzing data, training new team members, and implementing quality assurance measures.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct research: Stay uptodate with the latest developments in virtual care technologies and clinical decision support systems. Incorporate research.
- findings into the development of manuals and guidelines.

  • Identify gaps in care: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to identify areas where care for patients can be improved.
  • Develop innovative solutions to address these gaps.
  • Analyze data: Utilize patient outcome and satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement. Develop strategies to enhance patient care and overall experience.
  • Train and mentor: Provide training and mentorship to new members of the T1 support team. Train them on handling customer inquiries through multiple.
  • Quality assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance measures to ensure that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate customer service performance.
  • Customer feedback: Monitor and analyze customer feedback to gain insights and identify opportunities for product development and service enhancements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer insights.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (healthcare, technology, business or similar).
  • Knowledge of virtual care technologies and clinical decision support systems is a bonus.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Training and mentoring experience is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
