Renovo skin and body care clinic is high end medical spa

We now have 4 locations in Ontarion

We are looking for marketing manager who can do the following

Developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns from conception to launch on social media platforms
Create concise, eyecatching, and creative social media posts that engages audience
Develop campaign reports, analyze the results, and refine the social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement levels and drive sales.
Brand ambassador: growing the company's social media presence on social media platforms and working with the executive team to drive the strategy
Keep up to date with trending topics and adapt to social media strategy to boost social media traffic.
Consistently brainstorm new ideas and strategies to generates new leads, followers and increases our brand engagement.
Maintain and ensure consistency in brand voice while adapting to different social media platforms.
Working collaboratively with the marketing team to create campaigns that address all stages of the customer journey.
Analyze engagement data. Set key performance indicators (KPIs) such as a target number of community views, sales, likes or shares for social media campaigns.
Provide insights and counsel to social, creative, marketing teams on insight driven content strategies for building brand awareness and sales, championing creative work that will work across all channels and best practices in content strategy, (video, social, website), community management and social engagement
