- Has expertise in fund accounting activity, has a good understanding of the NAV cycle,
- Can lead analysis of figures at the accounting level (be able to explain NAV variations)
- Is familiar with classic financial products and derivatives
- Is familiar with the different existing fund structures on the market (multiclass funds, poolings, segment master structures, the concept of share class hedging...)
- Analyse and solve accounting and technical issues during production phases, raise change requests to the vendor, and ensure the follow-up of issues until the delivery of patch corrections.
- Understand prerequisites for accounting migrations and specific accounting events such as a merger, split/change of currency of share classes.
- Contribute to maintaining a very stable BAU to deliver NAV on time and match the deadlines.
- Ensure the efficiency of the solution applied in production to solve issues.
- Ensure the testing of new Multifonds FA functionalities
- Ensure Proper Communications to Operational Users regarding item resolution and status.
- Ensure Internal Global Communication between the support teams and development teams
- Ensure The right application of SLA and fulfill the application support department duties.
- Share your expertise and knowledge with the team
- Apply the rules and the procedures
- Provide an added value to set an efficient workaround in BAU
- Avoid recurring incidents
- Write procedures and documentation related to the workarounds applied
- Business degree or MBA in Finance
- 5 years of experience in production support activity for Fund accounting applications

- Analytical skills: being familiar with figures accounting reports and rules, including taxes figures.
- Communication skills: Expresses your messages, both orally and in writing, in an effective, organized way, which is appropriate to the audience being addressed.
- Autonomous: being able to lead investigations to solve issues by mobilizing all resources/departments requested.
- Flexibility: be ready to be involved in the late shift
- Ability to report: keep your superiors informed about your activities and the progress of your files in an effective way.
- Client focus: Do everything possible to achieve internal or external customer satisfaction by identifying the customer's needs and providing them with the appropriate solution.
- Good knowledge of the Mutual Funds industry.
- Knowledge of fund accounting software (Multifonds FA/WEM or control or similar software)
- Proficiency in ACCESS & EXCEL
- Basic Oracle SQL / PL-SQL is a plus
- English: full professional proficiency
