- Review, improve, and lead the preparation of the company's financial statements and reporting packages.
- Actively manage the month-end and year-end activities.
- Process month-end financial reporting and analysis processes, completing and/or participating in review activities where appropriate.
- Review compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant.
- Partner with senior leadership of the global team, providing advice to stakeholders and driving accountability through accurate and timely information.
- Maintain and update monthly KPI reporting, including commentary around monthly results and performance against budgets/forecasts.
- Drive valuable insights and influence operational leadership through ad hoc analysis and decision support on strategic investments, and optimization initiatives.
- Handling of AP, AR and financial reporting.
- Analize, create and implement financial process improvements
- Recognized professional accounting designation CPA (CA, CGA, CMA).
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive full cycle accounting experience with hands a hands on mentality.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
