- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and friendlyatmosphere for both guests and staff
- Maintain dish machine – water levels,temperature, cleanliness, and chemicals
- Provide all staff with clean dishes, cutlery,glassware, utensils, and cookware
- Operation of the dish machine – set up, loading,and cleaning of the machine
- Have a complete knowledge of all chemicals usedin the dish area
- Maintenance of dish area – shelves, floor, walls, counters, lights, containers
- Garbage removal/recycling program
- Ensure all items being re-shelved are clean and sanitized
- Assist with food preparation as necessary **
- Ongoing cleanliness throughout kitchen and dishpit area
- Know and adhere to the policies, rules, andprotocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook
- Know and follow all safe work proceduresincluded in the Safety Management Program
- Know and comply with all expectations of theInjury Management/Return-to-Work Programs
- Perform other tasks and duties that areapplicable
- WHMIS knowledge is an asset; we will train
- Organizational skills and are a team player
- Physically capability – Must be able to lift atleast 40 pounds
