As a Management Trainee, your $50,000 base salary plus profit sharing awaits, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Relocate anywhere in Canada and explore opportunities nationwide while learning everything about the business

    As a Management Trainee, you will progress through a 5 phased program to learn every aspect of how our business operates – from shipping and receiving, counter sales, operations management to employee development and more.

    You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support from current managers and teammates within a region and across Canada to build a successful management career at EMCO.

    Must be willing to relocate, throughout the program and upon completion.

    Phase 2 :
    Counter Sales (6-8 months) – Master customer service, order management, and financial controls.

    Phase 3:
    Inside Sales months) – Progress to managing projects, reading blueprints, and creating material lists.

    Phase 4:
    Outside Sales/Account Management months) – Unleash your potential in finding business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building lasting relationships.
    Once you have completed the phases of training, you will be ready to take on the challenge of being a manager at one of our CanadianProfit Centerlocations
    Proficient in Microsoft Office software
    Valid driver's license
    Great mentors and on-the-job training
