    This position is based in Toronto and the surrounding areas. Our main office is situated at 120 Lynn Williams St, Toronto, ON, M6K3N6.

    Responsibilities

    We are currently seeking individuals to fill immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you will immerse yourself in our operations from day one, stationed at one of our local branches. You will be responsible for representing Enterprise to customers and partners, both front-facing and behind the scenes. Through our structured program, you will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to eventually oversee your branch, attract new business, and develop your team.

    In our practical learning setting, you will receive the necessary guidance, mentorship, and backing for your success. You will engage with the community to establish crucial relationships for building your business.

    We will educate you on delivering exceptional customer service, mastering sales and marketing, understanding finance, and managing operations. You will comprehend the essence of prioritizing customer satisfaction. Our environment fosters friendly competition, a crucial element in expanding both our business and your personal achievements.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
    • Hold a 4-year bachelor's degree from a recognized Canadian University or its international equivalent validated by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related field.
    • At least 6 months of cumulative experience in any of the following areas:
      • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality sector
      • Leadership: military, sports/team activities, clubs/organizations
    • Possess a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver's license with a maximum of two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last three years.
    • No history of drug or alcohol-related offenses (DWI/DUI) within the past 5 years.
    • Eligible to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship for work authorization from our company both presently and in the future. (Please note that our Management Trainee role generally does not fall under an eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) for Canadian Permanent Residency)
