- Make 40-50 calls daily to farmers across Canada.
- Understand farmers' record-keeping and farm management needs.
- Promote the product (software) as a solution.
- Book free virtual demos as a result of successful calls.
- Sell products to farmers over the phone.
- Conduct contract renewals and share special offers with prospective and existing customers.
- Perform follow-up activities for existing clients.
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the agriculture sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, internal CRM's, SharePoint and Talkdesk
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities
- Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with farmers and promote the product.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests while staying organized and composed.
- Relationship-building skills to collaborate with customers and find solutions to their business needs.
- Passion for agriculture and understanding of farming practices.
