As a member of the Customer Experience team, the Sales Administration Coordinator assists the Director of Customer Experience and collaborates with the Finance, Sales, Engineering and Operations teams in sales administration.


  • Assists the Customer Experience Director in sales administration and business process improvement.
  • Supervises the work of the SalesBooking, Sales Coordination and Billing departments.
  • Ensures the quality of transactions entered into the database for sales and contract bookings.
  • Collaborates in the preparation of service contracts and customer communications.
  • Responsible for invoicing service tickets and service contracts, and for ensuring that invoices are consistent with service contracts and work performed.
  • Responsible for invoicing subcontractors
  • Produces a monthly service contract billing validation report.
  • Produces a monthly report of contract renewals to be forwarded to the sales team.
  • Supervises and supports the Customer Service Coordinator in the performance of his/her duties.
  • Establishes and fosters positive internal and external relationships.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years in an administrative support role
  • Understanding of public procurement processes and policies would be an asset.
  • Bilingualism in French and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Advanced technical skills with Office suite including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Acrobat.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently and collaborate successfully in a team environment.
  • Superior organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects to completion.
  • Ability to selfmanage and accomplish tasks with mínimal supervision.
  • Conscientious with great attention to detail.
