Position Scope


We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to work with other coordinators and Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time with the highest quality and service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all customer spare parts requests and coordinate with customers where more information is needed to process the request
  • Create and process spare part sales
  • Provide customers with the correct part or replacement parts. Send the customer quotations, and assist with the purchase and shipping so their issues may be resolved in a timely manner.
  • Handle project scheduling, including spare parts received, invoicing and shipping
  • Proactively maintain accurate data in the system
  • Prepare spare parts list for each project
  • Prepare user's manual for each new and modified project
  • Provide calendar management and travel arrangements for team members
  • Prepare petty cash and meal allowance claims
  • Perform credit card check with a bank statement to receipts
  • Perform other general office duties and adhoc projects as assigned

Qualifications & Abilities

  • Minimum two or more years experience in a role with the transferable skill set
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Selfstarter who takes the initiative and maintains excellent followthrough and followup
  • Technical mindset and curiosity, highly organized, goaloriented, sense of urgency, detailoriented and able to manage changing priorities
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision but as part of a tightknit team
  • Capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines, understand business needs and objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS office, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
