As an
Account Development Manager,** you will maintain a very healthy existing customer base with a large focus on new account development.

You will call on customers such as residential re-painters, new housing, high rises, disaster recovery, commercial painters, industrial painters, metal fabrication, OEM, kitchen manufacturers, and many more.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Service existing customer accounts assigned to specified territory and grow their purchases.
Maintain regular contact with customers and develop account planning strategy to cultivate sales of customers with most growth potential.
Use CRM sales tool (ClientLink) to manage accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc.
Partner with store managers and other store employees to ensure customers' needs are met.
Facilitate customer quotations to achieve margin targets according to Dulux (PPG) pricing strategies.
Analyze territory performance reports and develop sales territory business plans.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales and/or stores operations experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary education is an asset but not required.
Previous coatings experience an asset but not required.
Must have a valid driver's license.

You must live and travel within the territory during the week.
