The Opportunity

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns and tactical communications targeted at clients and prospects in both the B2B and B2C space.
  • Work in collaboration with product marketing and content marketing to develop marketing collateral, including sales tools, brochures, and digital assets to support channel partners' sales efforts.
  • Partner with digital marketing to build customer acquisition digital journeys.
  • Ensure consistency and brand compliance across all channel marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs and metrics) in partnership with channel partners to measure the effectiveness of channel marketing activities.
  • Track and analyze data to evaluate the performance of channel marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and recommendations for optimizing channel marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align channel marketing strategies with sales goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to integrate channel marketing initiatives with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Connect regularly with key sales partners and stakeholders within the business to provide updates on all marketing activity and obtain feedback on how to optimize initiatives.
  • Work with key stakeholders in the business to build a calendar of events and provide a marketing strategy / support for our attendance at those events.
  • Develop highly effective strategic sales integrated marketing programs aligned to business stakeholder goals to drive leads, awareness, and revenue.
  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans in association with key sales partners and work closely with the marketing team to align, plan, and execute including management of endtoend campaign processes to drive new business.
  • Simplify and improve marketing resources, sales enablement tools and training where necessary.
  • Executes PMAM marketing strategic initiatives, driving related activity, projects, and tasks to completion within specified timelines.

The Qualifications and Experience Required

  • A minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience within financial services, including experience in channel marketing and campaign development).
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Commerce or Finance preferred.
  • Postgraduate certification such as an MBA, CFA, PMP considered an asset.
  • Possess solid understanding of workflow related to financial services marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (we use Asana).
  • A knowledge of HubSpot, Seismic, and/or the Adobe Creative Suite is considered an asset.
