- Has a track record of successful conflict resolution, active listening skills, problemsolving, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrates ability to accomplish objectives during challenging customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Can build and nurture longlasting and meaningful relationships with clients, resulting in repeat business and referrals
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support and/or sales positions considered an asset
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive client information and processing transactions
- Technical aptitude to troubleshoot system issues and assist clients.
Salary:
From $19.00 per hour
