Sales Administrator - Job description (30 hours per week, in-office)

Job Overview:


We are looking for an in-Office Sales Administrator (30 hours Per Week) to assist our Sales Department with their key job functions.

The opportunity would suit a resourceful, energetic team player who has a 'can do' attitude no matter what the task entails.


Some job responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up for all agent meetings/workshops
  • Communications for meetings/workshops
  • Coordinating food and drink for meetings/workshops
  • Assisting with Google Slides presentation creation
  • Leading consolidation in CRM
  • Managing floor plan requests
  • Managing exterior/amenity photo requests
  • Dotloop templates and housekeeping
  • Follow Up Boss CRM maintenance
  • Agent CRM audits
  • Managing sales report requests
  • New agent confirmation checkins
  • Managing BTS onboarding component

Qualifications & Experience:


  • 1+ year Real Estate Administration experience
  • Experience using BrokerBay and LoneWolf Software is an asset
  • Experience using TRREB's MLS system is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills and a perfect command of the English language
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to the multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to thrive as part of a team or independently
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy and enthusiasm for the Real Estate industry
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficient use of Canva or Photoshop
  • Experience with Google Suite softwares, e.g Google Slides, Google Docs & Google Sheets
