Vous travaillerez directement avec nos partenaires et nos équipes internes pour communiquer avec précision les exigences en matière de gestion des rétrofacturations. En plus de ces compétences, vous serez également en mesure d'analyser les codes de raison de rétrofacturation ainsi que les données transactionnelles pour nous aider à comprendre les causes profondes de ces rétrofacturations (pourquoi nous les recevons). Valider le rapport de rétrofacturation en utilisant des systèmes logiciels internes et externes.

    • La capacité à s'adapter et à être toujours en apprentissage constant (et à partager activement ce que vous avez appris ) Des compétences avancées en Excel (formules, tableaux croisés dynamiques, macros, graphiques, etc.) Maîtrise de l'utilisation de la technologie et des logiciels tels que SQL pour l'analyse et la génération de rapports de données.

    As a part of our Risk and Payments team, you will have the unique opportunity to showcase your excellent investigative and communication skills to help analyze, evaluate and dispute chargebacks on behalf of our Partners and Plusgrade. Along with these skills, you will also be able to analyze the chargeback reason codes as well as transactional data to help us understand the root causes of these chargebacks (why we're receiving them). You will provide insights into our chargeback trends and customer behaviour as well as evaluate and recommend operational efficiencies, along with making enhancements to our automation. You'll be relied upon to process these claims and respond to the disputes on behalf of our Partners.
    Reporting to the Manager of Risk and Chargebacks, the Chargeback Disputes Analyst will be responsible for handling and representing incoming Chargebacks, utilizing their analytical and decision-making skills to research disputes and make accurate and appropriate decisions based on findings. Gathering supporting claim information from the various portals.

    • Ensuring that all chargeback activities are handled in accordance with regulatory requirements.

    • Validating chargeback report by utilizing internal and external software systems.

    • Advanced skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, charts etc) are mandatory.

    • Proficiency in using technology and software such as SQL for data analysis and reporting.
