    Your Responsibilities:

    • Independently handle various administrative tasks like information gathering, research, and verifications.
    • Physically scan claims documents at the office 2 to 3 days a week.
    • Provide professional and courteous service to customers and partners by promptly addressing their requests.
    • Manage multiple email inboxes efficiently.
    • Create reports, perform tasks, and ensure proper follow-ups.
    • Conduct research and follow-ups for your colleagues.
    • Spot challenging situations and collaborate to resolve issues across different departments.
    • Suggest optimization ideas to enhance our operations continuously.

    Your Team:

    Under the guidance of the Claim Support Manager, you'll be responsible for various tasks related to loan insurance, personal insurance, and Credit Card insurance.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma with 21⁄2 years of relevant experience or a college diploma with 6 months of relevant experience.
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
    • Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Adept at proposing procedure optimization ideas.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
    • Thorough, detail-oriented, good team player, and autonomous.
