The Role:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Ads Media Specialist to join our marketing team.

As a Paid Ads Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.

You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team, contribute to our growth, and play a crucial role in expanding our brand's reach to our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
Create and test compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing page experiences to improve performance.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and effective.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with broader marketing initiatives and goals.
Continuously identify and evaluate new paid media opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Paid Ads Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the ecommerce or luxury industry.
Strong knowledge and handson experience with TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with measurable results.
Proficiency in campaign performance analysis, data interpretation, and reporting using tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of audience targeting, keyword research, and SEO principles.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing page experiences.
Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Uptodate with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
