JOB SUMMARY


This role is primarily responsible for identifying, communicating and supporting the implementation of energy and water cost saving initiatives for a diverse portfolio of buildings in Ontario.

Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Building Science Engineering with at least 3 years building systems design experience. Requires P.Eng. or EIT and CEM is strongly preferred.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

DEMONSTRATED SKILLS

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Does not directly supervise staff but provides leadership to program teams. Leads by example and models behaviours that are consistent with the company's values.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must have minimum bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Building Science Engineering (or equivalent) from a fouryear College or University.
  • Must have minimum of three (3) years experience in HVAC systems design.
  • Must have Professional Engineering Licence or EIT for Ontario.
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) designation or demonstrated experience in energy auditing is strongly preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Must have an Ontario Driver (G) licence and be able to travel independently to building locations across Ontario.
