Business Analyst Student
The Environmental Remediation Management portfolio supports the Government of Canada's commitment to a clean and healthy environment for Canadians. Innovative technologies, modern facilities, and technical expertise are provided in support of the safe storage and long-term management of radioactive waste. Redundant buildings and infrastructure are decommissioned in a prioritized manner reducing the legacy liability and associated risks and site operating costs. Environmental remediation processes apply systematic risk assessments, based on sound science and remediation solutions that help ensure all activities are protective of the environment and human health.

What you will be doing:
• Creating and Maintaining Power BI Dashboards
• Assist with completing spreadsheets and monthly reporting
• Assisting with updating ERM Guideline tools and documents
• Updating and Maintaining SharePoint Sites
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables within the PMEA framework
• Assist the Program Office Team with the Change Proposals to update the liability with new estimates
• Assist in Monitoring and improving adherence to the CNL project process and continuously improving the process
What we are looking for:
• Sound data management skills
• Sound oral and written communication skills
• Computer and software proficiency (MS Office)
• Understanding of business processes and project management concepts
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
• Good internet connectivity for remote access.

Security clearance eligibility required:
Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United States and/or the United Kingdom. CNL implements security screening in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat "Standard on Security Screening" and the "Policy on Government Security".
