Responsibilities

Develop sales strategies
Generate revenue and achieve sales targets
Develop full understanding of our product and services
Maintain an up to date list of existing customers and insure continuous support towards our clients
Generate new and potential clients within the assigned territory
Assist in company meetings and trainings, and communicate information to both our clients and colleagues
Offer after sales support
Collaborate with the managerial and marketing teams in order to coordinate and execute efficient and targeted sales strategies
Manage KPI's efficiently in order to achieve sales targets
Coordinate meetings with customers
Maintain the CRM and record all prospecting activities

Qualifications

Degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or other Life Sciences discipline preferred
Additional business related education is an advantage
13 years experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sales position (Technical sales experience in a similar environment)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Capable of effectively communicating with researchers and technicians
Confident and accurate in handling a CRM (Hubspot preferred) system
Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Requires frequent travel with occasional overnight stays
Ability to travel within Canada (Assigned territory)
Must have own vehicle and a Valid Driver's License
