Marketing Assistant (Term Position, 4 months) - Antec Controls


We are seeking an energetic and creative Marketing & Communications Assistant looking to gain hands-on experience in a variety of marcomm projects.


How you'll make an impact:


  • Manage social media channels through planning, creation and execution of social calendar.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads
  • Update and maintain website content
  • Report and provide insights using tools like Google Analytics to track performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Brainstorm new and creative awareness and engagement campaigns
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread various communication documents
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team on the development, execution and analysis of marketing assets and collateral
  • Support the development and implementation of internal events

What you'll need to succeed:


  • Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma business program (B.Comm, Business Administration, Creative Communications or other related program)
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organization, with an eye for detail
  • A high level of critical thinking and accountability
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment to meet timelinedependent deliverables
  • An aptitude and desire for customer service excellence
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite considered an asset
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads considered an asset
