The Clerk is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the department in its communications with other departments and support to the nurses and medical staff.
About You:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Grade XII plus one year related clerical experience OR graduate of a recognized one year secretarial/business program
- General office skills an asset
- Computer skills required
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm during an emergency and deal with numerous interruptions and continuous change an asset
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates problem solving and decision making skills
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
Hours:
- Short assignment fulltime (100%) position; 70 hours biweekly
- Approximately 8 months
Compensation and Incentives:
$20.09 -$21.91 hourly
