Facilities are located within drill camps, mining camps, construction camps, pipeline camps, oil and gas installations and correctional facilities.Plan production, delegate tasks and manage kitchen staff
Control and recycle surplus production
Assist with assessment of food requirements according to the menu and inventory, ordering the necessary commodities according to operational standards
Complete production sheets and/or register
Control the quality of commodities as soon as they arrive and rotate the stock
3 years of foodservice or related management experience in high volume, food production environment
~ Solid knowledge of hygiene and occupational health and safety standards
