What does a "day in the life" of my new team look like?:

Note:

Hybrid opportunity working 1 day per week in our office located in downtown Toronto (on the subway line & close to union station).


  • Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with senior hiring managers/stakeholders
  • Independent execution of the endtoend delivery of recruitment services to them, providing counsel, advising through insight and SME knowledge on the recruitment process and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met
  • Lead discussion on attraction strategies, working with hiring managers to correctly identify approach based on market and hiring demands
  • Make recommendations for best fit and skills profile, coaching hiring managers on what may or may not be achievable
  • Take full ownership to ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
  • Lead vacancy consultation discussions to agree the recruitment plans with hiring managers
- this includes role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI requirements, pay range, agreed timeframes, responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process


What do you need from me?:

Must haves

  • Experience in managing recruitment processes and working directly with Hiring Managers
  • Ability to manage and influence Senior Stakeholders
  • Handles challenging conversations with confidence
  • Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical and proactive approach

Nice to Haves:


  • Legal and or insurance recruitment experience
  • Experience working within a highly complex or matrixed organisation
  • Knowledge of iCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems

Who will I be working with?


DWF are a Global firm ranked in the top 200 globally, 15th in the UK delivering integrated legal and business services hiring circa 1,000 people per year.

AMS have been awarded a 3 year contract to deliver end to end hiring for all experienced hires across multiple regions, alongside offering resourcing administration for Australia and the Middle East.

DWF's areas of focus include, direct sourcing, time to offer and hiring more diverse talent into the organisation.
