Purity Life has a job opportunity for an Inside Sales Development Representative responsible for helping achieve sales targets and goals according to company and inside sales budgets.


Primary Responsibilities:
Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing company information and managing third party resellers

  • Will be responsible for account management of incoming accounts and Amazon resellers.
  • Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, providing technical information, and developing accounts
  • Identify and develop new business relations through cold calling and networking
  • Consistently and accurately input data into CRM system
  • Proton AI
  • Adhere and work within the confines of the defined sales procedures and processes
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service while fulfilling guidelines set forth by Inside Sales Manager
  • Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • Managing forecast orders
  • Enforcing vendordirected MAP policy
  • Providing necessary product data such as images, weights, and dimensions

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills with exceptional customer service
  • Ability to respond quickly in a fast paced and changing environment
