Responsibilities:


  • Keep abreast of all changes concerning the IOSA program, relaying them to the concerned parties and ensuring their implementation;
  • Support the concerned departments in the interpretation of current, modified, and new ISARPs;
  • Participate in the preparation of audit schedules to ensure that all ISARPs are audited and integrated as much as possible within routine audits;
  • Monitor the status of ISARP audits, coordinate the preparation of compliance reports and perform a final audit of these reports;
  • Ensure that internal nonconformities pertaining to ISARPs are adequately addressed and within a timely manner;
  • Coordinate external IOSA audits as well as the management of noncompliances and observations;
  • Occasionally serve as an auditor for internal IOSA audits or any other types of internal or external audits;
  • Manage the audit and CAPA software as the administrator;
  • Ensure the compliance and update of manuals (including QSMS and ORG) and procedures related to the management of safety and quality;
  • Collaborate with the Flight Operations and Technical Operations departments to ensure the alignment of manuals related to the management of safety and quality with all other regulated company manuals;
  • Assist the Director of Quality Assurance in their duties and perform any other assigned tasks or projects pertaining to quality assurance.

Qualifications:


  • University or college diploma in a related field;
  • Five (5) years of experience in an aviationrelated field;
  • Two (2) years of experience as an auditor;
  • Knowledge of the IOSA Program;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Diplomacy, tact, impartiality;
  • Oral and written proficiency in both French and English;
  • Computer skills: MS Office Suite.
