Aurora Land is searching for a superhero to work their magic as a
Full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to keep our Edmonton, AB office running smoothly.

You will be responsible for:


  • Processing, tracking and distributing incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
  • Printing courier invoices and matching them to the packing slips
  • Ordering all office and kitchen supplies as well as maintaining the kitchens
  • Arranging service calls for office equipment
  • Maintaining various file systems digitally and hard copies
  • Arranging all social events
  • Providing assistance to the Land Administration team
  • Providing assistance to our other company as vacation coverage
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

What we are looking for:


  • 2+ years of Reception/Administrative Assistant
  • Experience in a billable work environment would be nice, but not required
  • Ability to multitask with strong organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills and personable
  • Understands and demonstrates professionalism
  • Selfmotivated and detailed oriented
  • Willingness to help out and try new tasks
