This is a hybrid role:
part teaching and part working in a client facing role as a client care representative (from your home office)

We are a fast-growing swim school that provides high-quality swimming lessons to people of all ages and abilities. We're on a mission to make swimming accessible to everyone and believe that everyone should learn how to swim. We're looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and reliable swim instructor and client care representative to join our team.

As a Swim Instructor and Client Care Representative, you'll be responsible for both teaching swimming lessons and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

You'll work with a diverse group of clients, from beginners to advanced swimmers, and will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons that meet our high standards.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is a confident and experienced swimmer with a strong understanding of swimming techniques, safety, and stroke mechanics.
Previous experience teaching swimming lessons, preferably to a variety of age groups and skill levels, would be highly valued.
Comfort with technology and excellent written and verbal communication skills are important.
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently are key, as well as being a friendly and positive person who enjoys working with people and helping them achieve their goals.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is necessary.

Qualifications:

Current National Lifeguard Certification or Bronze Cross Certification
A MUST HAVE
Current Standard First Aid with CPR / AED level C
A MUST HAVE
Lifesaving Instructor is preferred
