Condo Property Manager-Licensed

Qualifications for Property Managers on our team are as follows:

MUST be Licensed through CMRAO

Minimum 23 years experience in managing condo properties.
You must love dealing with people
Strong organizational and negotiating skills,
Excellent business management skills and strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook (Yardi Property Management preferred but not required)
